People have been lead to believe false information. They figure that if they want to stop smoking, they will either need an enormous amount of willpower, or else a supply of medication (e.g. patches, gum, pills, etc.) in order to survive the months of suffering from withdrawal symptoms and cravings.
That is simply not true. The truth is that everyone, and that includes YOU, can stop smoking and stay smoke-free, forever. Without a lot of willpower, without using medication, and without months of suffering.
You or a friend might need to read more .. Take care .. Baz

I have just came across this site that might be of
interest to you. It's about learning to putt well and
therefore reduce your handicap
Professional Golf instructor, Mark Pearson, says that all
amateurs can putt as well as the professionals do.
----------------------------------------
In a hurry? Click Here
----------------------------------------
Putting takes about 40-45% of your score. A Pro shoots
under 30 putts a round on average. Amateurs shoot around
40 putts per round on average. Imagine if you could start
putting as well as the Pros do....that's 10 shots off your
score!
But can amateurs REALLY putt as well as pros? Mark says
there is no reason why not! The putting stroke does not
require the same level of athletic ability as the full
swing, so we could all perform to the same standard.
Mark gives detailed instruction on Technique, Distance
Control, Reading Greens, Mental Focus and
Routines. There are many tips and drills that help you
learn putting skills easily and quickly.
In one month you could be walking on to any green and have
total confidence in your putting stroke. And confidence
builds Success.
I highly recommend that you check it out now: Click Here
Rember the phrase: "You drive for show and putt for dough!"
Enjoy the greens .. Baz

Have you been struggling getting your internet business off the ground and getting enough traffic to your site?
Are you confused by all of the technical stuff …. html, autoresponders, domains, hosting etc? Are you trying to make a profit out of Pay-Per-Click advertising but you don’t have your own website?
Maybe you have you heard about the Web 2.0 phenomenon and a site called Squidoo.com but don’t understand what it can do for you?
By using the power of Squidoo you can have your own unique website up and running in 15 minutes ….. yes I said 15 minutes and you don’t need to know any of the technical stuff … I promise.
Best of all Squidoo doesn’t cost you a cent.
Even better Google loves squidoo. Squidoo can fast track your way onto the 1st page of Google’s natural search. I don’t need to tell you what that can do for your online business.
I have recently learnt that John Riley is about to launch a new system called the “Squidoo Training Formula” which explains what Squidoo is and how it can help you.
>>> Click Here
In Module 1 of the Squidoo Training Formula “What The Heck Is Squidoo?” John interviews Bob Jenkins a well know and respected Squidoo guru who has been recognised by of all things the New York Times!
In this interview Bob explains what Squidoo is and how he has used it to get a top 3 ranking for many of his sites on Squidoo!
Anyway I suggest you go and check out “What The Heck Is Squidoo?” at:
>>> Click Here
Be one of the few that knows how to use one of the fastest growing Web 2.0 sites on the internet to generate traffic for your business.
To Your Success,
Barry
P.S. By the way in “What The Heck Is Squidoo?” John is also including a 30+ page transcript and some other bonuses such as Master Resale Rights. Anyway go and check out: Click Here

Canon PowerShot A570 IS
Picture resolution is 7.1 megapixels. This is relatively low compared to the other cameras I have tried. Picture noise is very low when shotting in darkness.
Images from the camera are very impressive as in them not only the colours look accurate but there’s plenty of sharpness, especially for a compact camera, and at its lowest ISO settings there is no appreciable noise. Image noise is very low at up to 200 ISO, reasonable at 400, but becomes a real problem at 800. The 1600 ISO maximum sensitivity, which is touted as a feature of this model, is pretty much useless. Image quality is very good, the Digic III processor handles in-camera processing extremely well, and the range of special effects provide tons of creative possibilities. The Canon PowerShot A570 IS is well made and stood up to our bouncing, dusty, damp and generally rough treatment without any problems.
Flash recycling time is the Achilles’ hill of the most 2-AA battery cameras, although Panasonic cameras of the LZ series seem to be doing better on the flash recycle than Canon models on 2 AA batteries. Flash performance was better than average as the camera produced well-balanced images at all ISO settings from 100 to 1600 and only slight under-exposure at ISO 80.
So, if your camera is getting a bit out of date, it might be time to go shopping!
Enjoy your day .. Barry
